Classes last one hour.

Class sizes are limited to 6 in my glass roofed area and 9 in the garden studio.

Small class sizes provide a more personal experience.

 5 and 10 session class passes can be taken over 6 and 12 weeks respectively. I run a flexible booking system, managed by the TeamUp App, where you can class swop to a different class time each week. To help manage class sessions a 24 hour notice period of non-attendance is required.
If you are unable to attend a booked session and cancel within the 24hr notice period no transfer or refund will be given.
