I have been running my popular Pilates for Golfers programme class since attaining my Pilates for Golfers accreditation in June 2019.

Programme

Body Control Pilates for Golfers sessions offers you a specially adapted exercise programme that will help you optimise your performance and improve your game.

 

I have also devised a popular ten minute 'warm up' routine that can be done before your round or at the driving range.

 

 

Regular Pilates Practice will enable you to:

 

become more body aware

 

improve swing efficiency and consistency and build core strength, enabling you to hit the ball farther
